iLately
Some of my most favorite pics come from the iphone and I haven't posted any phone pics since William's 24 month post.
Loved running into Baby Quinn at the park one day.
Flashback to Disney!
Going in for a kiss...Finley wasn't too sure!
Dreaming of Disney on the amazing pillow Diana made for him :)
Our last adventure in Disney World....paddle boating! It's safe to say William was wiped out by this point in the trip.
Neighbor babes at the beach feeding each other blueberries!
Surprise 50th birthday for my awesome co-worker.
Quinn's 1st birthday party
Barons baseball game fun
William is taking swimming lessons at someone's home. They happen to have a massive 25 year old pet tortoise and I'm shocked that William isn't terrified. I don't have any pictures of William in the water at his lessons because he insists that I get in the pool with him...ah!
Granny bought him a REAL soccer outfit. He loves it! We also had a wonderful weekend with Granny in Birmingham this past weekend. William is a giggle box when Granny is around :)
He is growing up WAY too fast!!!

A Day in the Life....
Grant and I were in New Orleans last weekend for a wedding. Julie and "Ah-dah" were so very kind and kept William. William sent them the email below to help them better understand how he runs our house :) He is the boss after all!
I usually wake up between 6-6:45. I will cry or scream "mommy/daddy" when I'm ready to get out of my crib. Don't change my diaper immediately. I like to run to the kitchen, stand on the counter (with your help) and get 2 nutri grain bars out of the box. You need to open my bars for me but don't take them out of the package completely. I do that. Then I want you to turn on cartoons (channel 50) while I drink milk and eat my breakfast. After I finish eating, bribe me with ONE m&m/skittle to change my diaper and get me dressed for school. I have to take an empty sippy cup in my blue Trinity UMC bag to school on Friday.
Around 9:30am I like to eat some crackers and a cheese stick. If you take me somewhere outside, spray my legs and arms with bug spray and put sunscreen on me. Again, I may need ONE m&m or skittle to mind you.
Between 11-11:30 I'm ready for lunch. I like a turkey and cheese wrap in a tortilla heated up in the microwave for 13 seconds. With my wrap, I'll eat grapes/blueberries and an apple sauce pouch..maybe a banana pouch too.
11:30-12: I'm usually getting cranky which means I need a nap. Turn on my noise machine. I take water in a sippy cup to bed. I'll probably scream when you first put me in the crib but I'll calm down. Tell me if I take a good nap I get to do something fun when I wake up. I usually sleep until 1:30-2. If I cry before 1:30 go in and rub my back, and tell me I need more rest.
2pm: Snack. Grapes/cookies/yogurt. I'll tell you what I am in the mood for.
5pm: Dinner (I love rice, sweet potatoes, tacos, black beans, peanut butter and honey sandwiches, mac n cheese, and pizza). I'll ask for milk in a big boy cup but my mommy usually insists I drink out
of a sippy cup.
6pm: Bath or shower. I'll tell you which one I want. You may have to bribe me with ONE m&m or Skittle to get me to mind you. Put my Mederma scar cream on my right cheek from where I injured myself with a straw. Give me a 5 minute warning before you take me back to my room for bedtime. I don't like to be surprised by that.
7:30pm: rocking and reading a book. Say my prayers* with me. I may scream when you put me in the crib.
Repeat.
*Dear Jesus. Thank you for this day. Thank you for loving me. {pray for every single person I know...even the neighbors dogs} I love you. Amen

Memorial Day Weekend
We made a very last minute decision to take advantage of the long holiday weekend and head to the beach! Six hours in the car with a 2 year old is a long drive but it's always worth it when we wake up to this...
Daddy Steve, William and I went out on an EARLY boat trip Saturday morning.
William loved being Daddy Steve's boat captain. I'm still not 100% used to my new camera/lens so a lot of these pics are strictly practice :)...hence my Dad blurry in the picture above.
The most fun part of the weekend was getting to spend time with Lee and her fiance, Thad!! We can't wait for their big wedding in September.
Typical.
William had a cute playmate his age all weekend! They had a ball swimming together, feeding each other blueberries, and keeping us all on our toes as they ran around the dock.
Clean baby right out of the bath for a boat ride :)
Happy, happy boy!!!
Ready to go!
Sam and Juleann came down for the day on Sunday! We had a delicious lunch including homemade strawberry ice cream that William had 3 bowls of!
We went to Shell Island late Sunday afternoon so the heat wouldn't be too bad for William. We made the trek from the bay side to the gulf side.
William loves the gulf just as much as his mommy did as a child.
Two cute grandparents :) :)
Our little fish!
He LOVES water!!!!
It was a fabulous weekend! Can't wait to go back!
