We waited until 11:30 to take a girls picture, but I needed a pic for documentation :)
On Saturday, Grant and I decided it was time to dive into the baby-shopping world, so we started at Once Upon A Time in Crestline Village. Grant wasn't too thrilled to go to this store but he was a major trooper! After doing a little shopping there, we got a bite to eat at Olexa's - one of my favorite lunch spots in Birmingham that I don't frequent often because it's a little pricey for lunch.
Next, we headed to The Blue Willow in Cahaba Heights and I drooled over MORE beautiful baby clothes. I could definitely break the bank solely on baby clothes. Thankfully, my mom started a "hope chest" the day Grant and I said "I do," so we are a little ahead of the game on the smocked gown look :) Grant has decided he will allow our little boy to wear smocked outfits because he knows this means "free" clothes. I am so thankful for all of the beautiful things my mom has already made! We did purchase our first baby item for Baby D. It only took me 45 minutes to pick out this Kissy Kissy sleeper gown at Once Upon A Time.
As if Grant wasn't already burned out enough from going in two extreme baby shops, I drug him in Pottery Barn Kids to look at cribs, changing tables, bedding, and gliders. We can't decide if we are going to go with a white/cream crib or dark mahogany wood. So many decisions!!!
Aunt Ragan and Uncle Kyle gave us this precious frame. I cannot wait to put a picture of our baby boy in it! For now, an ultrasound pic will do! Thanks Whittington's!
This morning we went to church with Julie and Shipley and were pleasantly surprised to see Addie Martin Chapman baptized. She looked so beautiful! We are closing our weekend with some good ole' spaghetti and french bread. YUM!

Thanks for the shout-outs but I look like Marla Hooch in the group pic. Take it down.
