Charlotte's Baptism 9.20.15

Charlotte was baptized on September 20, 2015. We intended for this special occasion to occur on September 13th but the stomach bug took all 4 of us down that weekend. Granny, Juleann & Sam, and Mom & Dad were all in town the weekend of the 13th but we had to reschedule due to the dreaded bug. Charlotte was baptized by Brian Erickson at our church, Trinity United Methodist. It was a very special morning for our family. Charlotte, your Daddy and I look forward to bringing you up surrounded by our wonderful church family.

 This special family heirloom will have each Davis/Blount/Shaw grandchild's name and their baptism date sewn onto the slip. Ann Torrence is up next :)

 This wild little boy managed to make it through the entire service. While the orchestra played a more upbeat, loud song he stood in the pew (at the front of the sanctuary) and danced. I think he'll be going to the nursery for big church for at least another year ;)
