She still only has 2 bottom teeth.
At the beginning of the month, I struggled to get her to eat any baby food. After a lot of persistence on my end, now she will eat anything, including green beans and peas! She usually has yogurt for breakfast, a fruit and veggie for lunch, and another veggie for dinner. She loves puffs, cheerios, and wagon wheel wafers. This month I'm going to offer more table food.
She has the funniest expressions :)
She drinks four 6 oz. bottles at 7, 11, 3, and 6. When she wakes up in the middle of the night (which she frequently does) she gets another 6 oz. bottle. I'm a total pushover with her night wakings so I have no room to complain ;) She usually goes down around 6pm and takes two 1.5 hr. naps but the time varies.
She's more vocal than William was at 10 months. She says "dada", "baba", "bye bye" and something that sounds like "dickadickadickadica." The other day she said "Dada" when Grant walked in the room and I'm pretty sure that was his favorite moment with Charlotte since she was born. I'm still waiting on her to say "mama." We are all smitten with our baby girl.
She loves strolling around the neighborhood while William plays with neighbors, splashing in the bath, sitting in her highchair and being carried in the ergo. I'm going to start taking her to Patty Cake time at the library on Thursday mornings and I think she will love that. She loves to wave and clap too.
Most people describe our Charbaby as calm, sweet, and easy going. We'll see if this continues but I sort of recall a certain 3 year old boy being similar at this age ;)
Charlotte, we love you OH SO MUCH!!!
